1. Information We Collect
We collect the following in the course of providing our SMS messaging service:
- Phone numbers — from inbound calls to our clients' tracked business phone numbers
- Call metadata — including call date, time, and duration
- Feedback responses — if you voluntarily submit a feedback form
- Opt-out records — if you reply STOP to any message
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Send post-service review request SMS messages on behalf of the business you contacted
- Send a follow-up message if no response was received
- Process and permanently honor opt-out requests
- Improve messaging quality and relevance
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. SMS Messaging Program
By calling a business phone number tracked by Hot Mix Marketing, you provide implied consent to receive SMS messages related to your service interaction. Messages are sent at Day 5 and Day 10 following your qualifying call. All messages include opt-out instructions. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.
4. Data Retention
Phone numbers and call metadata are retained for up to 90 days following the last message sent. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely. Feedback form responses are retained for up to 12 months.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All SMS transmission is handled through Twilio, a SOC 2 compliant platform.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold by contacting us at jason@hotmixmarketing.com. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
